- Conserves executive time reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting later and documents, collecting and analysing information and initiating telecommunications.
- Maintenance executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings conferences teleconferencing and travel.
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person aur on the telephone and answering for directing enquiries.
- Represents the executive by attending meeting in the executives absence and speaking for the executive.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

- Provide historical references by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stocks to determine inventory level anticipating needs supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting order for supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers in structures, troubleshooting malfunctioning calling for repairs, maintaining app mint inventory, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results and secure the information by completing database backups.
