TCS Smart Hiring Application Process:

• Login to TCS Nextstep Portal.
• Register and Apply for the TCS smart hiring process.
• Scenario A– if you are a Registered user you can login and proceed to complete the application process and after submission click on “Apply for Drive“.
• Scenario B– Now if you are a new user you should click on the registered now and cheese the category “IT” and fill your details. Now you can submit your application form and click on “Apply for Drive” link.

TCS Smart Hiring Test Eligibility

• Courses and Discipline: Full time graduation in BCA/ B.Sc (physics, chemistry, statistics, electronics, maths, computer science, IT and biochemistry) and B.Voc in computer science/ IT fields from 2020, 2021 and 2022 batch passout candidates. Candidates from NIOS (Std. X and Std. XII) can also be part of the test if they have a full time graduation degree.
• Percentage: Students should have a CGPA of 5/ 50% throughout Academics in 10th/ 12th/ and above-mentioned graduation streams
• Backlogs/ Arrears/ ATKT for YoP 2022: Only students from Year of Passing 2022 are allowed 1 active backlog at the time of appearing for the exam. This backlog should be cleared within the stipulated time duration to be eligible for TCS Smart Hiring. Students from Year of Passing 2021 and 2020 should have completed the course with no pending backlogs.
• Gap/ Break in education: It is mandatory for students to declare gaps in education, if any. The overall academic gap should not exceed 2 years.
• Extended education: Students should not have any extended education in their highest qualification.

TCS Smart Hiring Test Pattern

• Verbal Ability- 24 questions in 30 minutes.
• Reasoning Ability– 30 questions in 50 minutes.
• Numerical Ability- 26 questions in 40 minutes.
• Total– 80 questions in 120 minutes.
