DXC Technology Help Desk Technician Description

  • Answer help desk telephones for assigned accounts and responds to customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical problems are assigned by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems.

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2 or more years of technical or customer support experience.
  • One or more years of technical training in computer support preferred.
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems.
  • Experience with solving computer related problems.
  • Experience working with company escalation policy.
