- The job responsibilities for process assistant includes but not limited to- administrative management of associates and job allocation to associates.
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. Monitor status of counts and problem solve quiz. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates. Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations on a daily basis. Stand in for area manager.
Eligibility, Experience/ Professional Skills
